OPEC Daily Basket Price Stood at $57.25 a Barrel Tuesday, March 13, 2007

Vienna, Wednesday, 14 March 2007 -- The price of OPEC basket of eleven crude oils stood at 57.25 dollars a barrel on Tuesday, compared with 57.27 dollars the previous day, according to OPEC (Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries) Secretariat calculations.
The new OPEC Reference Basket of Crudes (ORB) is made up of the following: Saharan Blend (Algeria), Minas (Indonesia), Iran Heavy (Islamic Republic of Iran), Basra Light (Iraq), Kuwait Export (Kuwait), Es Sider (Libya), Bonny Light (Nigeria), Qatar Marine (Qatar), Arab Light (Saudi Arabia), Murban (UAE) and BCF 17 (Venezuela).
